NICK DICKSON (TIM FINNEGAN)

Nick loves being part of 13th Floor. He got a chance to play with them as a cadet in Space Pilots in Spaaaace! as well as Detective Marlowe in The Lost Inn! He’s thrilled to be in Finnegan’s Wake. Nick graduated from UC Santa Cruz with degrees in Theatre Arts and Literature. He was introduced to Clowning at UCSC and studied for two years at the Clown Conservatory at Circus Center, SF. (There is a framed clown diploma hanging on his wall, dusted regularly and everything.)  Nick has performed most regularly with the site-specific theater company We Players. 2021 through 2023, Nick performed improvised one-act variety shows with a company called Cirque Oui Et. and recently played Leland at The Speakeasy SF.

COLIN EPSTEIN (LOIRE PLURABELLE)

Colin (they/he) is a multi-disciplinary performer and professional Game Master for Dungeons & Dragons and other RPGs, born & raised in Berkeley. Their career in movement and theater has taken them from teaching kids to juggle in Taiwan to dancing in Europe to stages & sites throughout the Bay Area. KATHARINE “KIT” GRIPP (LIVIA ANNA FINNEGAN) / MUSICAL CO-COMPOSER

Kit is a writer, musician, dancer, and performer. She has collaborated with many dance and theater companies in the Bay Area, including Garrett + Moulton Productions, LevyDance, and more. In 2024, Kit was accepted as an Emerging Artist for a residency at Chateau d'Orquevaux in France. Kit is also a founding member of the band The Forgetmenauts, a Bay Area folk-rock staple that weaves folklore and mythology into original songs, and which has developed a dedicated fanbase both locally and internationally. SYDNEY BRADSHAW LOZIER (SEINE PLURABELLE)

Sydney is a multidisciplinary artist, producer, and educator with over a decade of experience in community-driven art-making. A graduate of the University of San Francisco’s Performing Arts and Social Justice program as well as their graduate education program, Sydney blends artistry and education to inspire connection through storytelling and movement. They have been a core collaborator with 13th Floor Theater since 2017, most recently playing Bibi in The Lost Inn. Sydney also performs with Evie Ladin’s MoToR/Dance, contributing to the company’s dynamic blend of percussive dance and live music. Through their own production and performance company, On Beyond, Sydney creates interdisciplinary work, crafting new stories with their creative collaborators. LIVANNA MAISLEN (APRIL PLURABELLE)

Livanna is an immersive dance-theatre performer (Sleep No More; Emursive Productions; Company SBB; Francesca Harper Project, Collective Attention SF) and yoga-movement instructor with roots in New York and the Northwest. She was Dancer and Rehearsal Assistant for Nick Cave's Bessie-Award Winning show “The Let Go”, Nona Hendryx & Carrie Mae Weem's "Refrigerated Dreams" and Austria’s Bregenzer Fruehling’s Tanzfestival. Maislen has performed internationally and has worked with Nicole von Arx, Yin Yue, Karole Armitage, Liss Fain Dance, the San Francisco Opera and the Seattle Opera. She holds a Master's Degree in Somatic Psychotherapy at CIIS where she worked at The Center of Somatic Psychotherapy in San Francisco. In tandem, Maislen has taught workshops in San Francisco, Seattle, New York and abroad that interweave her knowledge of movement, mindfulness, meaning-making, and sound. For 13th Floor, she recently played the role of Belora in 13th Floor’s The Lost Inn.

NICOLE NASTARI (ISSY FINNEGAN)

Nicole received her BA in Theater and Dance from Santa Clara University.  Currently, she is Dean of Students at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory in San Francisco where she also teaches dance and choreographs for the annual dance concert.  She has previously worked with Detour Dance and Dance Continuum. Nicole has been performing with 13th Floor Dance Theater since 2010 and loves working with such a talented group of performers. She most recently played Elyira The Fae Queen in 13th Floor’s The Lost Inn.

SLATER PENNEY (HUMPHREY FINNEGAN)

Slater (they/he) is an Emmy award-winning performer playing patriarch Humphrey Finnegan in this immersive experience. Penney trained at UC Santa Cruz, the Dell'Arte International School of Physical Theatre, and in 2019 completed his MFA in Dramatic Arts at UC Davis, creating a light-hearted immersive theatrical event on the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. He specializes in physical theatre, specifically the intersection of clown, dance, mime, and puppetry. Penney has appeared on TED, and is mentioned in Wikipedia. His point of interest is in creating endearing characters onstage with minimal vocal cues that then do horrible things to one another. Penney pairs his performing arts career with teaching, including at the Berkeley Rep’s School of Theatre, and continues to find joy in creating interactive and accessible theatre projects. Slater’s most recent role with 13th Floor was Quill in The Lost Inn.

WALKER STAPLES (KEVIN FINNEGAN) / MUSICAL CO-COMPOSER

Walker is a full-time acrobat, musician, and storyteller based in Berkeley, CA. They teach regularly at The Athletic Playground in Emeryville and will happily schedule a private lesson with you or your kids! In addition to their work with 13th Floor, they perform with their fantastical band The Forgetmenauts, as well as the new storytelling powerhouse On Beyond XYZ. JOSHUA-MORRIS WILLIAMS (LEO BLOOM)

Joshua-Morris is an actor, musician and teacher from California. After portraying such roles as Othello, Peter Quince, and Jonathan Harker with Inferno Theatre, Joshua-Morris backpacked across Europe before returning to California to teach.  A Master of Education student, Joshua-Morris is excited to take the stage with 13th Floor Theater as Leo Bloom.

LYRA LEVIN (UNDERSTUDY)

Lyra is a performer and producer of immersive experiences that lower barriers to empathy.Fresh off the international tour of hyper-intimate cult-favorite Undersigned (Underbelly, Edinburgh Fringe), Lyra is excited to return home to San Francisco to join the cast of 13th Floor. Her favorite stages help participants find agency in a blend of fantasy and reality (Enemies of Time, Hypothetical Circus, Vespertine Circus, Sonic Sphere, Epic Immersive), where she uses her diverse backgrounds in circus, interactive theatre, and mechanical engineering to execute ambitious visions. BLAKE SUGARMAN (UNDERSTUDY)

Blake is a poet, performance artist, actor and educator who is best known for his distinctive solo shows which Broadway World described as "stand-up-existentialism stumbling through the looking glass." In New York, Blake's work has been presented by La MaMa, The Brick (Resident Artist Series) and The Bitter End, among others. His latest piece, Cosmic Hiccups and the Crocodile Below, premiered at The Marsh in SF last March and was later featured in "Sunset Solos" at Sealevel Gallery. He holds a BFA in Theater from NYU.

JENNY MCALLISTER - CREATIVE DIRECTOR, SCRIPTWRITER

Jenny is an actor, movement artist, director/choreographer and scriptwriter who has been performing and creating work in San Francisco for almost 20 years.  She has been the Creative Director of 13th Floor since 2010, where her work has been presented by Z Space, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, Yerba Buena Gardens, ODC Theater, a 17-story hotel, a large swimming pool, a gothic mansion, a decommissioned military base, Salesforce Park, and for the past 3 years she’s been creating site-specific immersive work for the San Francisco Mint. She’s received grants from The Zellerbach Family Foundation, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, TBA/CASH , Dancers’ Group, The Fort Mason Foundation, The Fleishhacker Fund, The Rainin Foundation, ODC Theater, and the Mellon Foundation.  Since 2017 she has also worked as a writer, director and producer for Take 3 Presents, a large private immersive event company.

McAllister has performed as an actor and movement artist in the companies of many local luminaries including Lizz Roman & Dancers, Epiphany Dance Theater, Keith Hennessey Circus of Resistance, Chris Black, EmSpace , Fellow Travelers, Twisted Oak, Deborah Slater, and detour productions.  Her early training included A.C.T. in San Francisco, the Limon School in NY and Oakland Ballet.  

TORI AUSTIN (MAKEUP DESIGNER)

Victoria is a makeup artist in the Bay Area. She specializes in theatrical and festival makeup. Victoria has loved playing with makeup since she was little, transforming herself and others into otherworldly characters. She loves crossing the beautiful with the bizarre to create fantastical effects. She studied makeup at the Blush School of Makeup in San Francisco. She designed the makeup for 13th Floor’s recent production The Lost Inn.

Treigh Buchet aka Treigh Love is a finder of strange and beautiful objects and the Set Designer of the Lost Inn. With a background in Production Design in film, immersive theater, and large-scale art installation, she brings her talents to 13th Floor.

MICHELLE JOSETTE CRASHETTE (GRAPHIC ARTS AND EPHEMERA DESIGN ASST)

Michelle Josette Crashette is a spiritual being having a human experience. A Florida native, she attended New College of Florida where she majored in Humanities, with an emphasis on Visual Arts and Sequential Narrative. She currently spends her days befriending crows, looking for the source of hummingbirds’ silvery calls, being delighted by her three gentlemen cockatiels, and marveling at nature’s wonders. You can find her wandering through the Bay Area picking up interesting sticks, rocks, plant matter, and tidbits of trivial information that will one day prove useful.

URIAH FINDLEY (SOUND DESIGNER)

Uriah found his way into the world of working in Immersive Theatrical Experiences by way of his work with Nonchalance, a Situational Design Agency based in San Francisco. What began as a one-project deal with the agency blossomed into him co-producing The Jejune Institute and The Latitude Society, some of the most well-received city-scale experiences San Francisco has ever seen, the remnants of which can still be found embedded in the city streets to this very day.  2017/18 was Uriah's first season with 13th Floor - he creates all the sound design for all the company productions, as well playing the roles of Gothbot in Space Pilots in Spaaaace!, Andrew in Clawfoot, and Gideon in An Assemblage of Monsters.

KRYSTAL HARFERT (COSTUME DESIGNER)

Krystal Harfert (She/They) is a highly skilled multi-disciplinary artist based in Berkeley, CA. With over a decade of experience in nonprofit arts and movement education, Krystal has established themselves as an ever-evolving individual in various creative fields. Their expertise spans costume design/fabrication, fiber arts, large scale art, movement education, dance, photography, arts production, and massage therapy.

Krystal is renowned for their ability to create vibrant and intricate works that not only complement the artistic vision of their collaborators but also possess standalone artistic value. They employ a diverse range of materials, techniques, and technology in their creations, resulting in unique and captivating pieces. Throughout their career, Krystal has collaborated with esteemed individuals and organizations of the Blind Tiger Society, Sonya Smith, Cielo Vertical Arts, Sarah Bush, Contra Costa School of Performing Arts, Chelsea Van Billiard, Sarah Keeney, J.habitus, Bandaloop, Fog Beast, Nocturne X; Numina Studio, The Port Bar, Pinecones and Portals , Sean Dorsey Dance, Maria Chenut, Yanira Castro, Imani Wilson, Shawl Anderson, Zaccho Dance, Samsung, Take 3 Presents and 13th Floor Theater, including The Lost Inn. In addition to their collaborations they have dove into the creative realm of eccentric collars and whimsical adornments.

MEGHAN SCHULTZ (LIGHTING DESIGNER)

Meghan Schultz is the up-and-coming Bay Area lighting designer to watch. With years of experience from corporate to the theater, from raves to arena rock, she gets it done. Meghan most recently designed the lighting for 13th Floors 2024/25 production of The Lost Inn.
